Hot Buffet

            - Sirloin Tips in Burgundy Sauce with mushrooms
            - Boneless Panko Chicken Breast
            - Rice Pilaf
            - Seasonal Vegetable
            - Assorted breads and rolls, butter

            Dessert:
            - Petite cakes and cookies
            - Coffee and tea

Price - $27 per guest (plus 5% tax and 20% service fee)
(Minimum 40 guests)

For Mercy Lunches fewer than 40 guests, arrangements can be made at the Barrington Brewery and Restaurant.

Cold Buffet

            - Sliced ham, roast beef, turkey and salami
            - Pasta Salad
            - Coleslaw
            - Assorted cheeses
            - Assorted breads and Kaiser rolls
            - Lettuce, tomato, pickles
            - All condiments

            Dessert:
            - Petite cakes and cookies
            - Coffee and tea

Price - $18 per guest (plus 5% tax and 20% service fee)
Add hot soup for additional $2 per guest
(Minimum 40 guests)
